In addition to our challenges and cheat sheets we have numerous quizzes. Our health quizzes can be a great screening tool when it comes to recognizing some of the road blocks in certain areas of our health that we may want to explore deeper.

When we slow down and start listening to our body, we can be amazed at how much it is telling you. We are often so busy and focused on other things, we forget to pay attention to our health and the symptoms that weโ€™re experiencing. Every symptom you experience is a sign that something is out of balance.
