A Nourishing Heath Tip

A nutrient dense smoothie is an excellent way to add action packed nutrients into your daily routine. These shakes are an easy, creamy, and delicious way to enhance brain function, increase energy, bring soothing to the gut and more. In a single shake, you can consume base levels of fruits and vegetables, along with significant helpings of micronutrients and nootropics. A great way to get extra nutrients in to children.

Anti-inflammatory Blackberry (blueberry) Sunrise

  • Handful of organic spinach

  • 1 cup frozen organic blackberries or blueberries

  • 1 can or box - full fat coconut milk

  • 3 tbsp raw cacoa powder

  • 1 scoop protein powder (we like a pea protein base)

  • 1 tbsp turmeric

  • Pinch pink sea salt

  • Pinch cinnamon

Chocolate Chia Superbrain Shake

  • 1-2 cups organic almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp chia seed or hemp seed

  • 1 scoop protein powder (we like a pea protein base)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Ice or frozen banana
