Recommendation
Results and recommendations include: education, insight to your unique body chemistry and a road map to health.
A foundational duo for uncovering hidden imbalances and restoring whole-body health. The GI Map & HTMA Package combines two powerful functional labs to explore the deep connections between your digestive health, mineral balance, and overall metabolic function. If you’re struggling with stubborn symptoms like fatigue, skin flare-ups, gut issues, mood swings, or low resilience, this testing combo offers a clear, root-cause view of what may be holding your body back from healing.
When viewed together, these two labs provide a comprehensive snapshot of the systems most critical to energy, digestion, immune health, and resilience. Many gut issues are mineral-driven, and many mineral issues stem from gut dysfunction. This package helps uncover how they influence one another—so you can move from guessing to targeted healing.
Functional Lab Included:
GI-MAP Stool Test
This advanced stool analysis evaluates the makeup of your gut microbiome, including beneficial bacteria, pathogens, parasites, viruses, fungi, and markers of inflammation, immune function, and digestion. This package includes zonulin, a key marker for intestinal permeability (leaky gut)—providing insight into whether the gut barrier is compromised.
HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis)
Using a small hair sample, HTMA assesses intracellular mineral status and heavy metal burden—something blood testing often misses. It evaluates essential minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and copper, while also screening for toxic metals such as mercury, aluminum, and lead. Beyond the numbers, it offers a window into metabolic type, adrenal and thyroid trends, blood sugar balance, detox capacity, and more.
Test. Don't Guess!
Key insights you'll unlock:
-
Gut-Immune Connection: Identify microbial imbalances and low-grade infections alongside mineral levels (like zinc, selenium) that impact immune defense.
-
Digestion & Nutrient Absorption: Uncover how gut dysfunction or enzyme deficiency may affect your ability to absorb and utilize key minerals.
-
Toxin Load & Barrier Health: Understand how heavy metals disrupt the microbiome, compromise gut lining, and increase inflammation.
-
Stress & Microbiome Impact: Mineral depletion from chronic stress impairs digestion and microbiome stability—this pairing makes that connection visible.
-
Skin & Gut Link: Get to the root of skin conditions by exploring gut dysfunction and mineral imbalances through the gut-skin axis.
-
Mood & Mental Health: Explore how dysbiosis and mineral status contribute to brain fog, anxiety, and emotional regulation via the gut-brain axis.
-
Metabolism & Weight: Reveal how gut bacteria and mineral-driven stress patterns affect energy, thyroid function, and metabolic rate.
-
Children’s Health: This combo is ideal for kids—balancing the gut and minerals often brings shifts in mood, behavior, sleep, and skin.
What you'll gain:
-
A clear understanding of your gut health, microbiome status, digestive efficiency, and intestinal permeability
-
A deep dive into mineral patterns, stress markers, heavy metals, and how these influence your metabolism and energy
-
Personalized insights into how your gut and mineral systems are connected—and how to begin restoring balance

What conditions do you work with and what ages? Our approach is designed to address a wide range of health concerns by identifying underlying imbalances that may not be visible through conventional methods. Whether working with adults or children, we act as health investigators—carefully piecing together your health story to uncover what may be contributing to symptoms beneath the surface. We use a comprehensive process that includes in-depth questionnaires, focused conversations, and targeted functional lab testing. By correlating clinical history with data, we gain a deeper understanding of your (or your child’s) unique physiology and identify areas where support is needed. It’s important to note that we do not diagnose or treat disease. Instead, our focus is on identifying healing opportunities that can support the body’s natural ability to restore balance, improve function, and promote overall wellness.

How much commitment is needed to see results? What level of commitment is needed to see progress? The answer depends on several individual factors. Many of the clients we work with are managing long-standing, chronic health concerns—often shaped by years of daily lifestyle habits and environmental exposures. Lasting improvement requires active participation and a willingness to explore meaningful changes in areas such as diet, sleep routines, environmental toxins, and stress management. Improving health isn’t solely about finding the “right” supplement. It’s about identifying and addressing the underlying factors contributing to imbalance—and consistently making choices that support healing. This is why we prioritize lab-guided care. Functional labs give us valuable insight into what’s happening internally, allowing your body—not just the practitioner—to guide the process through its own biochemical signals. We’re here to partner with you, helping interpret your results and create a personalized roadmap. But real progress comes from your effort and consistency. We provide the tools and clarity—you take the steps toward change. Parents of our child clients When working with parents of children, it’s important to understand that some of the changes we suggest—especially around diet and supplements—may not always be easy to implement. Many children are already conditioned to prefer certain foods, and introducing new habits or supportive supplements can be challenging. While we offer practical tips and strategies to help with the process, we also recognize that you know your child best. Your insight and creativity will be key in making these changes feel approachable and sustainable. We’re here to guide you, but ultimately, every step forward will be shaped by what works best in your child’s unique environment. Shift in clients We’ve seen a wide range of outcomes—from dramatic, life-changing shifts in health to smaller, steady improvements that lead to meaningful change over time. That said, not everyone is in a place to fully implement the recommendations, and that’s okay. Each journey is unique. Our goal for every person we work with is to help them reconnect with the hope of feeling well again. With time, commitment, and sometimes deeper investigation, we believe many can move from simply surviving to truly thriving. Client Wins While our testimonials reflect just a fraction of the success stories we've seen, we invite you to explore them for a glimpse into the positive changes our clients have experienced. You’ll also find additional client stories sprinkled throughout our site. Click the image to be taken to our testimonials page.
