The prevalence of sleep challenges are on the rise. According to recent statistics 2 out of 10 Americans suffer from some sort of sleep disorder, with 60 million of those citing insomnia. Lack of sleep is now being linked to obesity, increased inflammation, weakened immune system and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.

I know this personally as I suffered from insomnia for six years and this test was a game changer for me being able to know how and when to support my adrenals throughout the day - thus supporting my sleep at night.

The root of sleep disturbances can be far reaching and it is important to rule out any obvious medical condition. However, sleep challenges can stem from hidden factors such as, chronic stress, toxic exposure, gut dysbiosis and poor sleep habits. But even more hidden are the common day stressors of EMF exposure, neurotransmitter imbalances and even our gut microbiome.

While there may be many roots to why you are not sleeping, a great starting point is checking your cortisol, also referred to as the “adrenal stress hormone”. This involves collecting four non-invasive samples over the course of one day, from which the lab is able to generate results with a diurnal cortisol curve. This four-point graph reveals cortisol levels throughout the day and allows practitioner to pinpoint issues with adrenal gland function and create a supportive road-map to get you back sleeping.

We have also layered in an addition screening to this package that reviews specific organic acids that will offer greater insight to nutritional markers such as, B12, B6, Biotin, Glutathione, Dopamine, Norepinephrine/ Epinephrine Metabolite and Melatonin. See a sample report of the organic acids.

Adrenal glands that are out of balance can lead to:

High Cortisol - Results in insomnia, anxiety, sugar cravings, tired but wired, increased belly fat & bone loss

(processing times may take up to 3 weeks). We receive your results and questionnaire. We then do a deep analysis and correlate with the lab results to look at the total picture of what’s going on with your body, so you can connect the dots to why you’ve been feeling the way you have. We share your results, offer education where necessary and provide recommendations and a road map to support your health goals. PLEASE NOTE: Not all packages include a detailed analysis and phone consultation. Phone consultation is optional with additional fee. Please check the description to see if this is included.
