Sleep Health

The prevalence of sleep challenges are on the rise. According to recent statistics 2 out of 10 Americans suffer from some sort of sleep disorder, with 60 million of those sighting insomnia.

Lack of sleep is now being linked to obesity, increased inflammation, weakened immune system and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression

The root of sleep disturbances can be far reaching and it is important to rule out any obvious medical condition. However, sleep challenges can stem from hidden factors such as, chronic stress, toxic exposure and poor sleep habits. But even more hidden are the common day stressors of EMF exposure, neurotransmitter imbalances and even our gut microbiome.

Through lifestyle changes and nutritional adjustments, we can often bring balance back to our bodies.
