Analyzes 21 urinary organic acids to assess microbial imbalances and gut health: This is a simple first morning urine collection. 

  • Clostridia species markers: HPHPA, 4-cresol, 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid, and 3-indoleacetic acid MosaicDX.

  • Candida and yeast metabolites: Arabinose and other fungal markers MosaicDX.

This is at home one-time stool sample, urine sample and finger prick blood sample. The specimens can be collected from the convenience of home and shipped to the laboratory for analysis. This is a perfect option for children (ages 3 and up).

Sample Collection Notes:
  • STOOL COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS

  • DO NOT collect your sample while menstruating.

  • Continue to take any required prescription medication (other than antimicrobials, anti-parasitic agents, and antibiotics)

  • Plan to take the stool test when you are NOT taking antibiotics, then Wait two weeks and then complete the stool test.

  • 2 Weeks Prior Stop Taking: Ideally stop spore-forming and soil-based probiotics, all anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, and antibacterial agents. Stop All NSAIDS for two weeks prior to stool collection, if possible. (Tylenol, Advil)

  • 2-3 Days Prior Stop Taking: All digestive support supplements prior to stool collection. (Betaine HCl, enzymes, gut healing formulas and general probiotics. 

  • ORGANIC ACIDS COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS

  • DO NOT collect your sample while menstruating.

  • If you are taking antibiotics, finish the course of medication and wait 48 hours before collecting your sample.

  • Avoid the following foods and supplements for 48 hours prior to collection.

  • Apples and apple juice, Grapes (including raisins) and grape juice, Pears and pear juice, Cranberries and cranberry juice, Echinacea, Reishi mushrooms, Arabinogalactan, Ribose supplements, Probiotics (2-days prior)

  • WHEAT ZOOMER COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not fast, and continue your normal diet for several days before the test.

  • If taking steroids, immunosuppressants, or immune-modulating supplements - please reach out to us before takjing your test.
